Availability of Geological and Geophysical Data

The “Visokosnaya-2” structure was discovered in 2004 as a result of additional 2D seismic survey.

A great amount of geological-geophysical have been carrying out within the structure and its surrounding water area.

Detailed 2D seismic survey, 611 running kms (2003).

Report and Registration Certificate for Visokosnaya-2 structure with one recommended point for prospecting and appraisal well drilling were issued based on the seismic survey data.

Geological & engineering surveys to install SEFDR (2004-2005):

• drilling of exploratory wells (7 EW — 281 running meters);
• bathymetric, hydrolocation, hydromagnetic soundings (600 running kms);
• high-resolution seismics (HRS — 74 running kms).

Electrical prospecting (200 line-km), hydro-gas survey (200 line-km), 2007.

In 2007 geological service of CJSC “Chernomorneftegaz” carried out basin model investigations of Russian sector of the Sea of Azov including structure Visokosnaya.

In 2008 the following activities are planned to be carried out:

• 70 sq. km of 3D seismic survey and integral analysis of the whole geological and geophysical data for improvement of the existing geological models.
