A priority route of the Company's activity was to carry out works related to geological studies and assessment of the resource potential of four blocks in the Black and Azov seas in order to meet the terms of license commitments and Programs for geological studies of mineral resources approved by Russian MNR.
Another priority route of the Company's activity was to conduct all necessary measures on integrated environmental impact assessment of prospecting and reservoir evaluating well construction and ecologic monitoring.
It seems extremely important to find and attract potential contractors able to perform any planned geological works, drilling of prospecting and reservoir evaluating wells being in the first place.
Taking into account that the Company conducts exploration and reservoir evaluation activities in previously unexplored subsurface areas, including deep water ones, with unknown geotechnical conditions for drilling boreholes and application of recently developed technologies and considering the fact that it requires high capital investments, attraction of additional finances for search and evaluation of hydrocarbon fields remains one of the priority trends of the Company's activity.
