In accordance with the existing edition of the Charter the Board of Directors elects a joint executive body (Executive board) of the Company composed of 3 members: General Director, Chief geologist and Financial Director, if it is not otherwise stipulated by the Board of directors. Thereby, a person who holds the post as the one-man executive authority (General Director) of the Company will also act as the Chairman of the Executive Board.
